Marketing Strategist

The role

In the capacity of a Marketing Manager at Excelators, you will assume a pivotal role in formulating and executing marketing strategies aimed at advancing the visibility and uptake of Excelators initiatives. Your primary duties will encompass the conception and execution of marketing campaigns, fostering a strong brand presence and ensuring the overall success of our marketing efforts Your leadership in this capacity will be integral to our mission and vision.

What you will be doing

Develop strategy for and manage/optimize digital channels, focus on new customer acquisition and retention in existing markets.

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  2. Create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and videos, to engage our target audience
  3. Monitor multiple channels’ performance metrics and utilize data to optimize and accelerate growth
  4. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to maximize reach and lead generation
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, CRM, Growth, Product Management, Technology to develop strategies and guide execution
  6. Ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals
  7. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter distribution, nurturing leads, and promoting events
  8. Build relationships with mobile network suppliers and negotiate prices
  9. Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals
  10. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers to expand our network and reach
  11. Review and drive changes in all areas that impact performance
  12. Analyze and report growth success to the management by building and managing dashboards to track metrics you defined

What you need for this role

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on multi-channel ownership and hands on experience in high-growth, test & learn environment
  2. Experience managing a budget and knowledge of P&L best practices
  3. High understanding of marketing technology
  4. Experience using BI/visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.) and analytical perspective in terms of A/B testing, iteration and learning from post & pre-analysis of campaigns
  5. Extensive knowledge on following Mobile and App marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting, and social channels and their advertising engines
  6. You will ideally demonstrate a strong ability to handle multiple tasks & tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  7. Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills are desirable
  8. You have a deep understanding of social web, mobile platforms & social/viral mechanics
  9. You are team-focused and highly collaborative
  10. You have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  11. Super fluent in English language, data analysis and product
